	Newcastle Showground This project involved the transformation and restoration of a tired run down old facility into a venue that now promotes our region, enticing a wide range of international events. This showground is now providing community benefit via regular events ranging from Farmers Markets to Monster Truck Shows and Speedway Racing.
	The Mark Hotel - Lambton This project involved the conversion of an old suburban pub into a state of the art, modern, market leading Hotel. This venue is now receiving rave reviews for food, service and atmosphere all of which are made possible due to the practical design and exceptional level of workmanship displayed.
	Tocal - Office Extension This project involved the extension of an existing office block. The new construction had to match the existing design. We also faced the challenge of building large single span exposed timber trusses, which complimented the open plan layout of the existing building.
	RAAF Base - Emergency Power Station This project involved the construction of several buildings including a Central Emergency Power Station to service the entire RAAF Base in an emergency situation, and 2 Airfield Lighting Equipment Rooms which service the entire RAAF Base runway lighting network.
