GPT Group Centre Management office, Charlestown Square – The GPT Group is one of the largest owners, managers and developers of retail space in Australia. The Group owns quality shopping centres and homemaker centres around the country with a total value of $5.4 billion. RTC are proud to have been selected by GPT to complete new Centre Management Office Fitout as part of the significant Charlestown Square shopping centre redevelopment. The project offered an opportunity to work with some cutting edge, state of the art materials and a forward thinking design team. Fitout works were carried out while base building shopping centre construction works were being carried out in adjacent areas. This resulted in the need for a high degree of site management and coordination with continued focus on safety for those on this site and working in surrounding areas. This office fit-out had to cater to multiple stakeholders, conforming to the client's corporate identity while providing an internal office design that met the needs of staff members and users. During the completion of this project professional management was of the utmost importance to the client in the installation of a customised interior office fit-out.
