WEA Hunter Multipurpose Hall Construction

WEA Hunter Multipurpose Hall including a Commercial Demonstration Kitchen – This project was funded by the Federal Governments BER stimulus program. However; WEA's membership in the Independent Schools Association, gave them the opportunity to provide “end user” input into the design phase of the project. RTC having previously completed fitout projects for WEA and were invited to participate as a member of the Project Control Group. This PCG included Client representatives, Suters Architects and RTC. This provided the opportunity for us to contribute in a positive way throughout the entire construction process. Advice was offered by RTC in regard to material selection and “buildability” during the design phase and the outcome is a completed project that has resulted in a high level of client satisfaction and efficient use of every dollar of the available funding.
