Bolton St Office Fit-Out

RTC Commercial took possession of this site as a blank concrete tenancy and on completion had produced a market leading Financial Advisors Head Office in a central CBD location within the heart of Newcastle. Works included structural steel mezzanine floor, timber frame fire rated gyprock clad partition walls and a combination of set and drop in tile suspended ceilings. Materials used in the project include solid polished timber floors, quality broadloom carpet, commercial glass and aluminium doors and office fronts. The fit out includes: - Disabled male / female toilet area, kitchen, open plan and individual office areas, reception and boardroom. The large amount of storage required has been accommodated within custom designed joinery units. This fit out provides practical space for staff to ensure the business operation is productive and high level finish areas including a boardroom and reception for client presentation.
