Enigma Office Refit

Extensive internal building renovation and fitout were undertaken in this transformation of a dated, run down old office environment into a cutting edge advertising agency. The entire internal fitout of the first floor of this building has to be demolished and removed via the rear windows to create an open space in which the new fitout could be constructed. Works included timber frame gyprock clad partition walls and a combination of set feature and drop in tile suspended ceilings. Materials used in the project include solid polished timber floors, designer modular carpet tiles, commercial glass and aluminium doors and office fronts. The fit out includes: - male and female toilet areas, kitchen and a breakout café style bar counter which has a particularly eye catching feature tiled wall. This office also houses a fully functional audio edit suite which had to be constructed as a sound proof unit enabling it to function at the same time as the working office environment. Reception area and breakout bar area features the use of ceaser stone bench tops while the casual meeting and lounge area displays some magnificent suspended light fittings and 2-pac finished, feature ceiling panels.
