These works were undertaken for the Facilities Management Unit of Hunter New England Area Health Service. The scope involved the removal and disposal of the asbestos roof from the entire Hospital and replacement with colourbond sheeting. The fact that this building is 3 storeys high combined with the need for the lower levels of the hospital to remain operational demanded an extremely high level of Project Management and focus on safe work practices. The project was completed without incident and to a high level of client satisfaction.
