Tocal - Office Extension

This project involved the extension of an existing office block. The new construction had to match the existing design. We also faced the challenge of building large single span exposed timber trusses, which complimented the open plan layout of the existing building. The elimination of the requirement for intermediate support of the roof assisted in the creation of maximum floor space for the client. In addition to these impressive trusses the construction involved intricate carpentry work including timber joinery windows. All the features mentioned above utilise the principles of Sustainable Development, an issue of great importance to this client and also RTC.
